Accelo website ↗ Platform Documentation ↗ Capability data verified 2026-07-28
A signed proposal lands in the shared inbox
List Companies searches the deployment for the client by name and website
Agent decides between an existing company record and a genuinely new client, because a duplicate company splits the relationship history and the billing trail with it
The account manager confirms the match for near-hits before anything is written
Create Company and Create Contact add the new client and the signing stakeholder when the record is genuinely new
Create Task seeds the kickoff work against the job with a manager and due date
Log Activity records the proposal, the signature date, and the intake note against the company
The delivery team gets the client record link with the kickoff checklist attached

What This Integration Enables

A professional services firm bills for time and defends those bills with records. Accelo is where both live, which makes data quality there a revenue issue, not a tidiness issue. This connector puts FlowRunner agents on record-keeping duty: they search and create companies and contacts, inspect jobs, spawn tasks against the right parent objects, and log notes, emails, calls, and meetings as activities so the client file reflects what actually happened. The stance: in a PSA, an unlogged activity is unbilled work and an unwritten defense. Agents make logging free; humans keep authorship of what the record says. The firm that logs everything wins the fee conversation before it starts. - Create companies and contacts from forms and signed deals, with duplicate checks first - Attach tasks to jobs, companies, and tickets with managers, due dates, and time budgets - Log client communication as activities against the correct parent object - Page through jobs and tasks for delivery dashboards and billing prep - Feed downstream invoicing off company, job, and task data

Without FlowRunner

Client history has gaps Calls and emails happen everywhere, and the Accelo record shows a fraction of the relationship
Intake is a relay race The signed deal waits while sales retypes it for delivery, and delivery retypes it for finance
Duplicate clients split the ledger The same organization exists twice, and neither record tells the whole billing story

With FlowRunner

The record is the relationship Every intake note, call, and milestone lands as an activity against the right object
Intake is one motion Company, contact, task, and activity are written in a single flow the day the deal signs
Matching happens before writing Agents search first and route near-matches to a person, so one client stays one record

Use Case Scenarios

Lead to client record in one pass

A prospect completes a [Typeform](/integrations/typeform) intake. The agent runs List Companies with the organization name; a miss means Create Company with website and phone, then Create Contact for the requester linked to the company, then Log Activity recording the intake responses as the first note. A near-match instead goes to the account owner to adjudicate. Either way, by the time a human opens the record, the record is complete.

Hours reconciled before the invoice goes out

Before month-end billing, the agent pulls active projects with List Jobs, then fetches each job's details with Get Job and reconciles delivery against logged hours from [Harvest](/integrations/harvest). Jobs where tracked time and task progress disagree get flagged with the evidence attached. The invoice run in [QuickBooks Online](/integrations/quickbooks) starts from reconciled numbers, and the awkward client conversation about a surprise invoice line never gets scheduled.

The delivery pulse without the Friday scramble

Weekly, the agent walks List Jobs filtered by standing, runs List Tasks against each, and posts a delivery digest to [Slack](/integrations/slack): jobs by status, overdue tasks with managers named, and clients with no logged activity in 14 days. That last list is the quiet-account early warning; the account team reaches out before silence becomes churn. Nobody compiled anything, and the partners read state, not recollection.

Human-in-Loop Highlight

Log Activity writes to the client's permanent file, and in a PSA that file is not private scratch paper: activities carry a visibility setting, feed billing narratives, and get read back during disputes. An agent that auto-logs a misattributed call, wrong client, wrong medium, wrong substance, has planted a false entry in the record a partner may one day rely on in a fee dispute. So FlowRunner flows split activity logging by consequence: mechanical records, form submissions, system events, milestone timestamps, log straight through, but any activity summarizing a human conversation or destined for client visibility is drafted by the agent and confirmed by the person who was in the room: "Log meeting activity against Meridian Health, subject: scope change discussion, medium: meeting. Is this what was agreed?" The record grows at machine speed; what the record asserts stays human, and the confirmation itself joins the trail.
