AWeber
Email MarketingGrow AWeber email lists with AI agents. Agents look up accounts and lists, add and retrieve subscribers, and create broadcast messages so signups from any system land on the right list.
What This Integration Enables
AWeber's value is the list, and the list is only as good as what feeds it. Most AWeber accounts are fed by hand: a CSV import after the webinar, a copy-paste from the order report, a signup form that covers one channel out of five. FlowRunner agents make list growth an automatic consequence of business events, with the tags and custom fields that make the list segmentable arriving at the same moment the subscriber does. - Add subscribers with tags and custom fields when leads arrive from forms, stores, or CRMs - Check subscription status and look up subscriber details before other flows send anything - Create broadcast drafts programmatically as campaigns come together - Pull account, list, and broadcast collections into dashboards and downstream automations The permission asymmetry matters here: an agent can add someone to a list in milliseconds, but the trust that made that address valuable took months to earn. FlowRunner's [human-in-the-loop](/concepts/human-in-the-loop) step keeps a person in front of the operations that spend it. Where lists live matters too. AWeber accounts often hold several lists with different confirmation settings and different autoresponder series attached, and the same signup means different things on each. FlowRunner flows therefore resolve the destination list explicitly per source, storefront buyers to one list, webinar registrants to another, so a subscriber never lands in a sequence that was written for someone else's context.

Use Case Scenarios
Buyers become subscribers, tagged as buyers
An order completes in [Shopify](/integrations/shopify). The agent resolves the account and list, checks List Subscribers for an existing entry, and calls Add Subscriber with a purchaser tag and the product in a custom field. Buyers of different product lines land with different tags, so the next campaign can speak to what each person actually bought. No CSV, no untagged import blob.
Survey respondents who arrive pre-segmented
A [Typeform](/integrations/typeform) survey collects signups along with answers about company size and interest area. The agent maps each response to the list's existing custom fields and calls Add Subscriber with the answers attached. The list owner opens AWeber to find respondents already carrying the data the segmentation needs, instead of a stack of responses waiting to be transcribed.
The campaign draft that assembles itself
A campaign brief lands in a [Google Sheets](/integrations/google-sheets) planning tab. The agent reads the audience definition, verifies the target list's size with Get List, drafts the email body from the brief, and calls Create Broadcast to place the draft on the list with subject and HTML body. It posts the draft link and the audience count to [Slack](/integrations/slack). A person reviews, edits, and schedules in AWeber. The mechanical assembly is done; the judgment about what actually goes out stays where it belongs.
Human-in-Loop Highlight
Add Subscriber looks harmless, and one at a time it is. In a migration flow it is the operation that can wreck a sender reputation in an afternoon: point it at a spreadsheet of five thousand addresses and every one of them enters the list as subscribed, and each addition can drop that person straight into the list's live autoresponder sequence, real emails to real inboxes that cannot be recalled. Stale addresses bounce, forgotten contacts hit spam, and deliverability damage outlasts the cleanup. So bulk flows in FlowRunner stage the batch instead: the agent reads the source, validates and dedupes against List Subscribers, and posts the summary, "4,812 rows, 312 already on the list, 96 malformed, 4,404 ready to add with tag legacy-import. Proceed?" The list owner approves, and only then does Add Subscriber run the batch. One-off signups flow straight through; the list-scale writes wait for a person.
Agent Capabilities
9 actionsAccounts
2- List Accounts Retrieves the AWeber accounts accessible to the connected user. Most operations require an Account ID from this list.
- Get Account Retrieves one account with company details and the owning user's email. Used to confirm which account a flow is writing to.
Lists
2- List Lists Retrieves an account's subscriber lists with pagination. The routing step that picks the destination list for each source.
- Get List Retrieves one list with its name, total subscriber count, and configuration. Used to verify audience size before drafting a broadcast.
Subscribers
3- List Subscribers Retrieves a list's subscribers, filterable by subscription status. The dedupe and validation sweep before any addition.
- Add Subscriber Adds a subscriber by email, with optional name, tags, and custom field values. The operation this page's human gate exists for at batch scale.
- Get Subscriber Retrieves one subscriber with email, status, tags, and custom fields. Used to check a person's standing before other flows in the stack send anything, so suppressed and unconfirmed subscribers never get contacted by accident.
Broadcasts
2- List Broadcasts Retrieves a list's broadcast messages filtered by draft, scheduled, or sent status. The audit step for campaign reporting.
- Create Broadcast Creates a broadcast draft with a subject and HTML or plain text body. Drafts never send themselves; scheduling stays a human act in AWeber.
