Aircall
CommunicationConnect AI agents to Aircall, your cloud phone system. Agents log comments and tags on calls, transfer calls, control recordings, surface insight cards during live conversations, and manage contacts, numbers, teams, and webhooks.
What This Integration Enables
A phone call is the highest-bandwidth, least-structured event in your stack. This connector makes calls first-class workflow objects. FlowRunner agents enrich live inbound calls with Insight Cards, log outcomes as comments, tags, and links, transfer calls, control recordings, sync shared contacts with the CRM, and manage the webhooks that stream Aircall events into everything else you run. The division of labor is deliberate. Agents handle the before and after of every call, the lookup, the logging, the routing, so the only part a person does is the part only a person can do: the conversation, and the judgment call about what happens next. That judgment gets delivered through a [human-in-the-loop](/concepts/human-in-the-loop) step, not lost in a wrap-up field nobody reads.

Use Case Scenarios
The call that answers itself before the rep does
An inbound call event lands in FlowRunner through a registered webhook. The agent calls Get Call to resolve the caller and the line, matches the number to an account in [HubSpot](/integrations/hubspot), and pushes the plan tier, open orders, and last-ticket summary onto the rep's phone with Add Insight Cards while the call is still ringing. Add Link to Call attaches the CRM record so the rep can jump straight to it. After wrap-up, Comment on Call captures the outcome and Add Tags to Call categorizes it. A VIP caller gets treated like one on the first sentence, not the fourth minute.
Every call becomes a record, and flagged calls become work
Each evening, the agent runs List Calls for the day, appends each call's direction, duration, user, and tags to a reporting sheet in [Google Sheets](/integrations/google-sheets), and pulls the recording URL for anything tagged for review with Get Call. Calls tagged as complaints open a follow-up ticket in [Zendesk](/integrations/zendesk) with the comment history attached. The support lead starts the next morning with a queue, not a hunch about yesterday.
Contact sync that keeps caller ID honest
Shared contacts are the caller-ID layer for the whole floor. When a new contact is created in the CRM, the agent mirrors it into Aircall with Create Contact so the next inbound call shows a name instead of a number. Updates flow through Update Contact. When the sweep finds conflicting or duplicate contacts, the agent assembles the evidence and pauses for a person, because Delete Contact removes that caller's identity for every rep in the company at once.
Human-in-Loop Highlight
The most dangerous operation in this connector is not on a call. It is Delete Webhook. Aircall webhooks are how call events reach the CRM, the reporting stack, and FlowRunner itself, and deleting the wrong one silently stops that stream with no error anywhere. When a hygiene sweep with List Webhooks finds two endpoints that look redundant, the agent pulls both with Get Webhook and posts to the ops owner: "Two webhooks subscribe to call.ended. One targets the CRM sync at hooks.example.com, one targets a URL last active before the migration. Confirm which one to delete." The owner picks. The event stream that feeds every downstream system never dies to a guess.
Agent Capabilities
33 actionsCalls
11- List Calls Lists calls in the company with pagination and filtering. The starting point for daily reporting and QA sweeps.
- Get Call Retrieves a call's full details: status, direction, duration, recording and voicemail URLs, tags, comments, and the matched contact. Used to assemble context before enrichment or follow-up.
- Comment on Call Adds a note to a call. Used to log outcomes and agent findings where the next rep will see them.
- Add Tags to Call Applies existing tags to a call. Used to categorize calls for routing and reporting.
- Remove Tags from Call Removes all tags from a call, clearing its tag set. Used in re-classification workflows, carefully, since it clears everything.
- Transfer Call Transfers a live call to another Aircall user. Used to route a caller to the right owner mid-conversation.
- Archive Call Archives or unarchives a call. Used in retention and cleanup workflows.
- Pause Recording Pauses recording on a live call. Used when a workflow detects the conversation is entering payment or other sensitive territory.
- Resume Recording Resumes a recording paused with Pause Recording.
- Add Insight Cards Attaches contextual cards, CRM data, order details, account status, to a live inbound call, visible inside the rep's Aircall phone. The action that turns a cold answer into an informed one.
- Add Link to Call Attaches an external URL to a call, like the CRM record or the open ticket. Used so the rep can jump to context in one click.
Users and Teams
4- List Users Lists the company's users with pagination.
- Get User Retrieves a user's availability, time zone, wrap-up time, and assigned numbers. Used to route work to someone actually available.
- List Teams Lists the company's teams.

Contacts
5- List Contacts Lists shared contacts with pagination. Used in sync and reconciliation sweeps.
- Get Contact Retrieves a contact's names, company, phone numbers, and email addresses with labels.
- Create Contact Creates a shared contact. The step that gives the next inbound call a name.
- Update Contact Updates an existing shared contact. Used to keep caller ID aligned with the CRM.
- Delete Contact Permanently deletes a shared contact for the whole company. Gated in dedup workflows, because it blinds every rep's caller ID for that customer at once.
Numbers
2- List Numbers Lists the company's phone numbers with pagination.
- Get Number Retrieves a number's configuration: open and closed status, IVR setup, recording setting, and greetings. Used to audit line configuration before routing changes.
Tags
5- List Tags Lists the tags defined in the company.
- Get Tag Retrieves a tag's name, color, and description.
- Create Tag Creates a new tag. Used to provision the categories a QA workflow needs.
- Update Tag Updates a tag's name, color, or description.
- Delete Tag Permanently deletes a tag. Used in taxonomy cleanup, with review.
Webhooks
5- List Webhooks Lists configured webhooks with pagination. The audit step for the event streams feeding other systems.
- Get Webhook Retrieves a webhook's target URL, active status, and subscribed events. The evidence-gathering step before any webhook change.
- Create Webhook Creates a webhook that delivers Aircall events to a target URL. The step that streams call events into FlowRunner and the rest of the stack.
- Update Webhook Updates a webhook's URL, name, status, or subscribed events.
- Delete Webhook Permanently deletes a webhook. The operation this page's human gate exists for.
Company
1- Get Company Retrieves the authenticated company's name and its counts of users, numbers, and teams. Used as a connection health check.
