Delighted
FormsWork with Delighted NPS, CSAT, and customer experience surveys. Agents sync survey responses, add or update the people you survey, honor unsubscribes, and pull aggregate metrics like your Net Promoter Score with promoter and detractor counts.
What This Integration Enables
Delighted's job is to collect the score; getting the score to act on anything is yours. That handoff is what this connector automates. FlowRunner agents sweep survey responses on a schedule, split promoters from detractors, sync feedback into the CRM and the warehouse, enroll new customers into survey programs, and pull aggregate NPS with promoter and detractor counts without anyone touching an export button. - Route detractor responses to the account owner while the comment is still fresh - Sync every response into CRM records, spreadsheets, and data warehouses - Enroll new signups as survey recipients at the right lifecycle moment - Import feedback collected in other channels as survey responses so the score reflects reality - Track NPS movement on a schedule and alert when it shifts - Honor opt-outs the moment they arrive, in every system at once The people-management writes are where FlowRunner's [human-in-the-loop](/concepts/human-in-the-loop) gate matters: surveying a customer and deleting one are both actions that touch real people, and agents propose them rather than fire them.

Use Case Scenarios
The detractor fire line
List Survey Responses runs hourly. Anything scored 0 to 6 with a comment becomes an alert in [Slack](/integrations/slack) carrying the score, the verbatim text, and the customer's plan and tenure pulled from the CRM. The account owner triages: a save call gets booked through [Calendly](/integrations/calendly), a product complaint files to the issue tracker, a shipping gripe routes to support. Get Survey Response pulls the full record with tags and notes when the owner needs deeper context. The score existed either way; what changed is that a person sees it while the customer still remembers writing it.
One sentiment record everywhere
Each new response appends to [Google Sheets](/integrations/google-sheets) for the team's working view and syncs to the customer's record in [HubSpot](/integrations/hubspot) as a property update. Feedback collected elsewhere, an app store review, a support CSAT rating, flows the other way: Create Survey Response imports it against the person's email so Delighted's metrics reflect the whole relationship, not just the email channel. Get Metrics closes the loop weekly with NPS and the promoter, passive, and detractor split, scoped to the trailing 90 days.
Lifecycle surveys that respect the customer
When onboarding completes in the product, Create or Update Person enrolls the customer with Send Survey set to true, letting Delighted's throttling rules decide timing. When a customer replies "stop emailing me" to any channel, the agent calls Unsubscribe Person immediately, and mirrors the opt-out to the marketing platform in the same run. List People audits the recipient base monthly so scheduling timestamps and custom properties stay coherent with the CRM.
Human-in-Loop Highlight
Delete Person permanently removes a person and every survey response they ever submitted, and Delighted cannot restore any of it. In a data-hygiene or GDPR-erasure workflow that is exactly the action you want an agent to prepare and a person to authorize. The agent matches the deletion request to a person ID with Get Person, counts the responses that will disappear with List Survey Responses, and posts: "Erasure request for [email protected] matches person p_84h2. Deleting removes 6 responses spanning two years, including one 9 cited in the Q3 review. Confirm?" The privacy owner confirms, the agent deletes and logs the completion for the compliance record. The adjacent gate is softer but real: Create or Update Person with Send Survey enabled puts an email in a customer's inbox, so bulk enrollments get a human look at the segment before the queue fills.
Agent Capabilities
9 actionsSurvey Responses
3- List Survey Responses Retrieves survey responses, most recent first, with pagination and date-range and trend filters. Each response carries the score, optional comment, respondent, and custom properties. The sweep behind every routing and sync workflow.
- Get Survey Response Retrieves a single response by ID with its score, comment, respondent, survey type, tags, and notes. The context pull before a human follow-up.
- Create Survey Response Records a response on behalf of a person, creating the person if the email is new. Used to import feedback collected outside Delighted so metrics reflect every channel.
People
5- List People Retrieves survey recipients with pagination, including email, name, scheduling timestamps, and custom properties. The audit step for recipient-base hygiene.
- Get Person Retrieves a single person by ID. Used to verify identity before any destructive or customer-facing action.
- Create or Update Person Creates or updates a person matched by email, optionally enqueuing a survey under your throttling rules. The enrollment step in lifecycle survey workflows.
- Delete Person Permanently deletes a person and all their survey responses. Cannot be undone, which is why this page's human gate exists.
- Unsubscribe Person Unsubscribes a person from all future surveys by email. They stay in Delighted but receive nothing further. The action that makes opt-out compliance automatic.
Metrics
1- Get Metrics Retrieves aggregate metrics, NPS with promoter, passive, and detractor counts and percentages, optionally scoped to a date range or trend. The number the weekly digest is built on.
