A transcript is often the most sensitive artifact a company produces in a day, verbatim customer conversations, pricing discussions, candidate interviews, so wiring an automatic feed of them to an endpoint deserves a decision, not a default. In FlowRunner flows, an agent proposing a new webhook presents the Triggered For scope, the content flags, and the destination to the operations owner through a [human-in-the-loop](/concepts/human-in-the-loop) step, and registers only on approval.
