Exact Online
ERPConnect AI agents to Exact Online, the Dutch cloud ERP and accounting platform. Agents manage CRM accounts and contacts, keep logistics items in step with external catalogs, raise draft sales invoices and orders, and pull general ledger data for reporting and reconciliation.
What This Integration Enables
Exact Online is the financial system of record for a large share of Dutch and European businesses, and a system of record deserves a specific kind of automation: fast hands, no autonomy at the ledger. This connector is built that way. FlowRunner agents keep the CRM side current, hold the item catalog in step with storefronts, raise sales orders and invoices from upstream events, and pull ledger data for reporting. The design choice that matters most is easy to miss: Create Sales Invoice raises drafts. Agents prepare the paperwork; the books change only after a person agrees. - Sync customers, suppliers, and prospects between CRM, storefront, and the accounts book - Raise draft sales invoices and sales orders automatically from orders and payment events - Keep logistics items aligned with external inventory and product catalogs - Pull GL accounts, journals, and posted transactions for reporting and reconciliation - Work across administrations with Get Current User and List Divisions resolving the right division - Filter any listing precisely with OData expressions and cursor pagination

Use Case Scenarios
The deal that books itself, almost
A deal closes in [HubSpot](/integrations/hubspot). The flow finds or creates the account, checks each line against List Items, and raises Create Sales Order followed by a draft via Create Sales Invoice. Finance opens a queue of ready drafts each morning instead of a pile of CRM screenshots. When a [Stripe](/integrations/stripe) payment event arrives for a self-serve purchase, the same pattern runs end to end, with the draft carrying the payment reference for painless matching.
The catalog that stops drifting
Nightly, the flow compares the storefront's products against List Items in the division. New products get Create Item with a unique code, price changes get Update Item, and a diff report posts to [Slack](/integrations/slack). The invoice that goes out next week bills at the price the catalog said today, and the annual VAT-rate change becomes one reviewed batch instead of a hundred manual edits.
Reconciliation without the export ritual
Every morning, List Transactions pulls yesterday's postings filtered by journal, joined with List GL Accounts for the chart of accounts context, and appends to the reconciliation workbook in [Google Sheets](/integrations/google-sheets). Postings that hit suspense accounts or exceed thresholds get flagged into the controller's queue. Month-end starts from a workbook that has been current all month, and the auditor's sample requests stop being archaeology.
Human-in-Loop Highlight
The line that matters in Exact Online is the ledger boundary, and the connector's own constraints mark it: Delete Sales Invoice works only on drafts that have not been processed to the financial ledger. Before that line, an invoice is a proposal; after it, it is a numbered fiscal document with VAT consequences, and unwinding it means credit notes, not deletion. So FlowRunner automation is built to be prolific on the draft side and absent on the far side. Agents raise every invoice as a draft with its order, items, and payment references attached, and the batch waits in finance's review queue: here are 40 drafts, here are the three where the invoiced price differs from the catalog price at order time. A person clears the three, approves the rest, and processing to the ledger happens under that person's authority. The same discipline covers Delete Account, which is permanent and gated behind review even though Exact will refuse to delete anything with linked transactions. Machine speed up to the books; human judgment at them.
