New Zenler

Education & LMS

Connect AI agents to New Zenler, an online course creation and marketing platform. Agents manage users, enroll them in courses and funnels, register attendees for live classes and webinars, and pull sales and progress reports so your school runs itself between launches.

Verified 29 actions API key available
New Zenler website ↗ Platform Documentation ↗ Capability data verified 2026-08-11
A schedule opens the post-webinar follow-up, because New Zenler ships no triggers and this connector polls
Get Live Webinars resolves the webinar that just ran, and Get Funnel Enrollments returns everyone who registered through its funnel
Get Users with a role filter separates the registrants who already hold the course from those who do not
Get Enrollments Report (Detailed) confirms nobody on the list is already enrolled, since Unenroll User from Course errors on people who are not
The proposed cohort, the course, the pricing plan and the head count reach the launch owner in one message
The owner releases the enrollment, and only then does Enroll Users in Course run against the list

What This Integration Enables

New Zenler hosts courses, but reading its action list makes clear that hosting is not the center of gravity. Alongside the users and courses you would expect, this connector carries marketing funnels with their enrollments, live classes and live webinars with registration and unregistration, and eight separate reporting actions covering enrollments, sales, course progress and affiliate commission, each in a brief and a detailed form. That is the shape of a launch platform. The question New Zenler is built to answer is not what a student is doing on a Tuesday, it is what the campaign did, who came in through it, and what the affiliates are owed.

That makes the reporting surface unusually valuable to an agent, because it is the only platform in this category here that can answer revenue questions directly. Get Sales Report (Brief) groups earnings, sales and affiliate fees by course, day or month. Get Sales Report (Detailed) returns each transaction with student, course, price and gateway. Get Affiliates Report (Detailed) returns each affiliate transaction with sale price, coupon discount, commission and payout status. Get Course Progress Report (Brief) gives not-started, in-progress and completed counts with the pass rate per course. An agent can therefore assemble the whole picture of a launch, from funnel subscribers to webinar registrants to enrollments to revenue to commission owed, without anyone exporting a file.

The write surface is built for the moments around a launch rather than for steady state. People are created with roles and, for anyone in the European Union, a GDPR consent status recorded at the point of creation. Enroll User in Course handles one person and Enroll Users in Course handles many at once, both able to attach a specific pricing plan. Funnels take subscribes and unsubscribes by email. Live classes and webinars take registrations and unregistrations, so a flow can put somebody on a webinar from wherever they actually raised their hand. Get User Tags reads the tags a person carries for segmentation. Configuration takes two values, the API key and your school subdomain, both sent as headers, and list endpoints return fifteen items per page by default with the limit raisable and a ceiling of a thousand calls per minute.

Without FlowRunner

Launch follow-up worked by hand Registrant lists are exported, deduplicated and enrolled after the webinar ends
Reporting assembled at the end Sales, enrollment and affiliate numbers are pulled together when somebody needs them
Affiliate commission reconciled late Payouts are calculated from an export that is already days old when it lands

With FlowRunner

Follow-up staged as the webinar closes The cohort is built, deduplicated and counted before anyone opens the platform
Reporting pulled on a schedule Sales, progress and affiliate rows land where the team already looks
Commission figures current on demand Per-transaction affiliate rows are read straight from the platform whenever a payout run opens

Use Case Scenarios

A webinar that converts without a manual export

The webinar ends. The agent calls Get Live Webinars to resolve the session, Get Funnel Enrollments to pull everyone who came through the funnel, and Get Users to separate registrants who already own the course from those who do not. Buyers who purchased during the session are matched from Stripe and enrolled with Enroll User in Course on the pricing plan they actually bought. Non-buyers are pushed into a nurture segment in Mailchimp with their registration and attendance state attached. The list of people who registered, did not attend and did not buy goes to Slack as its own segment, because that group needs a different message and usually gets the same one.

Launch reporting that arrives before the meeting

Every morning during a launch the agent pulls Get Sales Report (Brief) grouped by day, Get Enrollments Report (Brief) for the courses in the promotion, and Get Affiliates Report (Brief) for the partners running traffic. The numbers are written into Google Sheets with the previous days alongside them and posted into the launch channel with the deltas called out. When a course's pass rate or completion count moves against the trend, Get Course Progress Report (Detailed) is pulled for that course so the message carries the reason rather than only the number. Nobody exports anything, and the daily standup starts from the same figures the platform holds.

Affiliate commission prepared for a payout run

Before a payout, the agent calls Get Affiliates Report (Detailed) for the period, which returns each affiliate transaction with the course, sale price, coupon discount, commission and payout status. It reconciles those rows against settled payments and refunds, flags any commission attached to a transaction that later reversed, and writes the result into a payout sheet with the exceptions separated out. What it does not do is pay anybody, because this connector has no payout action and the number leaving the flow becomes somebody's income in another system entirely. The agent produces a reviewed figure. A person authorizes the money.

Human-in-Loop Highlight

The gate here is Enroll Users in Course, the bulk enrollment, and specifically the pricing plan attached to it. Enrolling many people into a course at once is the single highest-leverage write on this connector and the one whose mistakes cannot be walked back. Unenroll User from Course exists, but it removes an enrollment, not an experience: everyone on the list has already had the course open in front of them, and anyone who downloaded a workbook keeps it. If a pricing plan was attached, the damage runs further than access, because those enrollments now sit inside the data that Get Sales Report (Detailed) and Get Affiliates Report (Detailed) return, which is the data a commission run is calculated from. A wrong segment enrolled on a paid plan is simultaneously a giveaway of the product and a distortion of what partners are owed.

So the agent builds the list and stops. It resolves the audience from Get Funnel Enrollments and Get Users, checks the current state with Get Enrollments Report (Detailed) so nobody is enrolled twice, names the course from Get Course and the plan the enrollment will carry, and puts a count on it. Then it asks in Slack: "412 registrants from the Q3 Masterclass funnel are not yet enrolled in Advanced Positioning. Enroll all 412 on the Launch Pricing plan, which will appear in the sales and affiliate reports, or on no plan?" That is human-in-the-loop placed where the leverage is. The agent did the segmentation, the deduplication and the counting, which is the part that takes an hour and gets skipped under launch pressure. A person owns the number and the plan, which is the part that decides what a partner gets paid.

Two smaller writes deserve their own care for reasons that are easy to miss during a launch. Update User can change a person's roles, and roles on this platform separate students from instructors and affiliates, so a role sync driven from a CRM field is one mapping error away from granting somebody a commission relationship or admin visibility they were never meant to have. Delete User is permanent and cannot be undone, which makes it the wrong instrument for cleaning up test accounts in a live school. And because Add User and Subscribe to Funnel both accept a GDPR consent status for people in the European Union, that field is a compliance record rather than a checkbox: whatever the flow writes there is what the school will later claim it was told.

Agent Capabilities

29 actions

Users

8
  • Get Users Pages through the people on the school, covering students, instructors, leads and affiliates, with keyword search across name and email, role filters and ordering. Fifteen per page by default, raisable with the limit. The read behind every segment a launch flow builds.
  • Get User Details Retrieves one person's full profile by user id, including name, email, bio, address fields, roles and phone number.
  • Add User Creates a person with name, email, password and roles, plus optional profile fields, and records a GDPR consent status for people in the European Union. Returns the new user id.
  • Update User Updates an existing person by id, including roles. Roles separate students from instructors and affiliates here, so a role change driven from an external field is a permissions change, not a data sync.
  • Delete User Permanently deletes a person from the school by user id. This cannot be undone.
  • Get User Tags Returns the tags attached to a person, which is how segments and automations are targeted on this platform.
  • Enroll User in Course Enrolls one person into a course by user id, optionally on a specific pricing plan. The single-person fulfillment action behind an individual purchase.
  • Unenroll User from Course Removes a person's enrollment from a course. Returns an error when the person is not currently enrolled, which is why a bulk flow checks state before it writes.

Courses

3
  • Get Courses Pages through the courses and bundles on the school with keyword search, a type filter for course or bundle, a published status filter and ordering. The catalog read that maps a product to something enrollable.
  • Get Course Retrieves one course or bundle by id with its name, subtitle, thumbnail, type, owner, school id and visibility flags.
  • Enroll Users in Course Enrolls several people into a course at once by their user ids, optionally all on the same pricing plan. The highest-leverage write on this connector, because the plan it attaches flows straight into the sales and affiliate reports that commission is calculated from.

Funnels

4
  • Get Funnels Pages through the marketing funnels on the school with keyword search, a published status filter and ordering.
  • Get Funnel Enrollments Returns the people subscribed to a funnel with their name, email and the date they enrolled. The audience read behind post-campaign follow-up.
  • Subscribe to Funnel Subscribes a person to a funnel by name and email, with optional profile fields and a GDPR consent status for people in the European Union.
  • Unsubscribe from Funnel Unsubscribes a person from a funnel by email. The action that keeps a suppression decision made elsewhere from being ignored here.

Live Classes and Webinars

6
  • Get Live Classes Pages through upcoming live classes with topic, schedule date, timezone, duration and registration URL, searchable by topic.
  • Register for Live Class Registers a person for a live class by class id using their name and email, so a hand raised anywhere becomes a seat.
  • Unregister from Live Class Unregisters a person from a live class by email.
  • Get Live Webinars Pages through upcoming live webinars with the same schedule and registration detail, searchable by topic.
  • Register for Live Webinar Registers a person for a webinar by webinar id, with optional profile fields.
  • Unregister from Live Webinar Unregisters a person from a webinar by email.

Reports

8
  • Get Enrollments Report (Brief) Returns enrollment counts per course over an optional date range, restrictable to specific courses. The top-level read for how a launch is landing.
  • Get Enrollments Report (Detailed) Returns each enrolled person with name, email and enrollment date for a course over a date range. The state check that stops a bulk enroll from doubling up.
  • Get Sales Report (Brief) Returns sales totals including earnings, sales and affiliate fees, grouped by course, day or month over an optional date range.
  • Get Sales Report (Detailed) Returns each transaction with student, course, price and gateway, restrictable by course and payment type. The reconciliation read against the payment processor.
  • Get Course Progress Report (Brief) Returns per course the number of students not started, in progress and completed, along with the pass rate. The completion signal that predicts refunds better than sales do.
  • Get Course Progress Report (Detailed) Returns each student's status, completion percentage and last attended date for the selected courses, filterable by payment type.
  • Get Affiliates Report (Brief) Returns per affiliate the total sales count and total, pending and paid commission over a date range.
  • Get Affiliates Report (Detailed) Returns each affiliate transaction with course, sale price, coupon discount, commission and payout status. This connector has no payout action, so what this returns is a figure a person authorizes elsewhere.
