WhatConverts
Analytics & DataGive AI agents full control of WhatConverts lead tracking. Agents create, update, and manage leads, accounts, and tracking profiles, and pull attribution data that shows which campaigns drive calls, chats, and form fills.
What This Integration Enables
Attribution is a chain of custody problem. WhatConverts captures every lead, phone call, form fill, chat, transaction, with the marketing that produced it, but that evidence only survives if it travels with the lead. The moment someone retypes a caller into the CRM without the campaign field, the chain breaks and marketing goes back to arguing from sessions. FlowRunner agents keep custody intact: leads move to the systems where sales works with attribution attached, and qualification flows back so every campaign gets judged in revenue. - Sync new calls, forms, and chats into the CRM or a spreadsheet with full attribution preserved - Write quote and sales values back onto leads so ROI is measured against actual ad spend - Push offline conversions and imported leads into WhatConverts with Create Lead - Report lead volume and attribution across every client account from a single agency key - Provision accounts and profiles programmatically as new clients onboard Because leads carry the evidence for spend decisions, destructive operations here run behind a [human-in-the-loop](/concepts/human-in-the-loop) gate.

Use Case Scenarios
Leads reach the CRM with their receipts
List Leads pulls the morning's calls and forms, filtered by date and lead type. For each one, Get Lead retrieves contact details and the full attribution record, and the agent creates the contact and deal in [HubSpot](/integrations/hubspot) with source, medium, campaign, and keyword mapped to CRM properties. Sales sees where every lead came from without asking, and marketing's next budget conversation starts from shared data instead of a reconstruction.
The revenue loop actually closes
When a deal closes, the agent finds the originating lead by phone or email through List Leads' direct contact lookup, then calls Update Lead to set the sales value and quotable state. On a schedule, lead values roll up beside traffic data pulled from [Google Analytics](/integrations/google-analytics), and the combined view lands in [Google Sheets](/integrations/google-sheets). The question "which campaigns make money" gets answered from recorded values, not from a model someone defends in the meeting.
Agency onboarding without the console session
A new client signs. The agent calls Create Account under the agency master key, creating the default profile in the same request, then Create Profile for each additional property the client tracks. A weekly cross-client sweep walks List Accounts and List Profiles, pulls each client's lead volume through List Leads, and posts the roll-up to [Slack](/integrations/slack). Thirty clients' reporting becomes one flow instead of thirty logins.
Human-in-Loop Highlight
Delete Lead removes a lead and its conversion data permanently, and in an attribution system that is not just deleting a row, it is destroying evidence. A lead that looks like spam might be the call that closed a five-figure deal from a campaign someone is about to cut. So FlowRunner cleanup agents never delete on a score. Suspected junk goes to the marketing manager with the signals laid out: no contact details, a number seen on three other profiles, a form fill at machine speed. Confirmed spam gets flagged with Update Lead first, which keeps it out of reporting while preserving the record, and Delete Lead runs only on the batch a person has reviewed. The agent does the scoring; a human decides what the record loses forever.

5- List Leads Retrieves leads with full marketing attribution, filterable by account, profile, date range, lead type, status, quotable state, value presence, spam and duplicate flags, and direct phone or email lookup. Returns up to 2500 leads per page. The backbone of sync and reporting flows.
- Get Lead Retrieves one lead's complete record: contact details, source, medium, campaign, content, keyword, device data, values, notes, and custom fields.
