VoiceDrop
Voice & TelephonyRun ringless voicemail campaigns through VoiceDrop, sending AI-voice or pre-recorded voicemails straight to the recipient's box. Agents reach a list without ringing a phone.
What This Integration Enables
VoiceDrop delivers voicemails that never ring the recipient's phone, and it can generate them from a text script in a cloned human voice. That combination is genuinely useful and genuinely consequential, and this connector is written for people who understand both halves. It exposes the whole lifecycle: build and preview a voice clone, verify or purchase a sender number, validate and reverse-look-up the list, drop the message, forward the callbacks, and export what was delivered.
FlowRunner's position on capability like this is straightforward. The agent should do the parts that are laborious and repetitive: number validation, reverse lookups on a batch, merging personalization variables into a script per prospect, exporting delivery reports, adding a number to the do-not-call list the moment somebody asks. The agent should not be the last thing that touches the send. A voicemail that lands in a stranger's inbox in a synthesized voice cannot be recalled, edited, or explained away afterwards, so human-in-the-loop belongs at activation, not at review.

Use Case Scenarios
New lead gets a personalized drop, after a person hears it
A lead enters the CRM. An agent enriches it, runs Validate Prospect Numbers to confirm the line is a mobile that can receive a voicemail and is not on a do-not-call list, then calls Add Prospect to Campaign with the personalization variables the script expects. The campaign script renders the prospect's first name and company. For a newly written script, the agent runs Preview Voice Clone once and sends the resulting audio to the campaign owner before the campaign is switched on. After that the drops flow without further intervention, because the thing that needed judgment was the message, not each individual send.
Sender number provisioning for a new region
An outbound team opens a new territory and wants local presence. The agent calls List Available Numbers filtered to the target area codes, presents the shortlist with the cost, and after approval calls Purchase Numbers and Set Call Forwarding so callbacks reach the right desk. It then confirms the numbers appear in List Sender Numbers before any campaign is pointed at them. Provisioning that used to be a ticket becomes a short conversation and a flow.
Callbacks handled instead of missed
Somebody hears the voicemail and calls the number back. On New Incoming Call fires on the owned number, and the agent looks the caller up against the campaign list, pulls their history, and posts the context to the rep who owns them in Slack before the rep picks up or calls back. If the caller is asking to be left alone, the agent calls Add Number to DNC List immediately and confirms it in the thread. The fastest possible compliance response is an automatic one.
Human-in-Loop Highlight
The gate is activation, and it is built on Preview Voice Clone. Before an agent calls Set Campaign Status to move a campaign to active, it renders the exact script in the exact voice clone that will be used and puts the audio file in front of the campaign owner with the message: "Campaign 'Q3 Territory Reopen' is ready. 1,842 prospects after validation, 213 removed (94 invalid, 61 landline, 58 do-not-call). Sender number is verified. Here is the rendered voicemail. Approve to activate?" The owner listens. A wrong pronunciation of the company name, a script that reads well but sounds pushy, a voice that does not match the sender number's region: all of these are obvious in eight seconds of audio and invisible in a text field. Activating the campaign starts delivering that recording into real voicemail inboxes on the campaign schedule, and there is no unsend. So the agent does everything up to that line and then stops, on purpose.
Agent Capabilities
25 actionsCampaigns
4- List Campaigns Retrieve every ringless voicemail campaign on the account with its name, identifier, status, script, voice clones, sender numbers, schedule days, sending window and hourly maximum rate. Used to resolve a campaign by name before adding prospects to it.
- Set Campaign Status Set a campaign to active, paused or archived. Activating resumes sending to the campaign's prospects on its schedule, which makes this the action that turns a plan into delivered messages. Gate it.
- Add Prospect to Campaign Add a prospect phone number to an existing campaign, with personalization variables merged into the script placeholders when that prospect's voicemail is generated. Used to feed a live campaign from the CRM one lead at a time.
- Export Delivered RVMs Export a campaign's delivered voicemails and return a downloadable CSV report URL. Used to push delivery data into a warehouse or a reporting sheet.
Ringless Voicemails
3- Send AI Voice RVM Deliver a voicemail generated from a text script in a selected AI voice clone, straight to the recipient's inbox without ringing their phone. The request is queued and delivery status is posted back to a webhook when one is supplied.
- Send Static Audio RVM Deliver a pre-recorded audio file as a ringless voicemail. Used when the message is a human recording rather than a generated one.
- Upload Static Audio Download an audio file from a URL, convert it, and return a hosted recording URL usable as a static voicemail. Used to bring a recording made elsewhere into the account without a manual upload.
Voice Clones
4- Create Voice Clone Create an AI voice clone from an audio recording at a public URL and return its identifier.
- List Voice Clones Retrieve the voice clones on the account, including pre-made profiles and custom clones, with identifiers and names.
- Preview Voice Clone Render a script in a chosen voice clone and return the URL of the generated audio. This is the action that makes approval meaningful, because it produces the actual sound a recipient will hear.
- Delete Voice Clone Permanently delete a voice clone from the account. Used to retire a voice when the person it was cloned from leaves, and worth confirming, because campaigns referencing it will need a new voice.
Sender Numbers
9- List Sender Numbers Retrieve the registered sender numbers that can be used as the From number on a drop.
- Request Sender Number Verification Start verification of a number as a sender by delivering a code to it by call or text.
- Confirm Sender Number Verification Complete verification by submitting the code that was delivered.
- Add Twilio Sender Number Register a Twilio-owned number as a verified sender on the account.
- Refresh Twilio Sender Numbers Re-synchronize sender numbers imported from a Twilio account, with the job result posted back to a webhook when one is supplied.
- List Available Numbers List numbers available for purchase as owned sender numbers, optionally filtered by area code, with a formatted summary and state for each.
- Purchase Numbers Purchase one or more available numbers as owned senders and associate them with a redirect number for incoming calls. This spends money, so it belongs behind an approval.
- Set Call Forwarding Associate a purchased number with a redirect number so callbacks are forwarded to the right desk.
- Get Call Logs Retrieve the incoming call log for a purchased number over a date range, with caller number, timestamp, duration and redirected call count. Used to measure callback volume per number.
Phone Lookup
3- Validate Prospect Numbers Validate prospect numbers and return validity, formatted number, carrier, line type, country, city, region, timezone, fraud score, VOIP and prepaid flags and do-not-call status. Used as the gate that keeps a bad list from becoming a bad campaign.
- Create Reverse Lookup Job Start an asynchronous reverse lookup job for a batch of numbers and return the job identifier.
- Get Reverse Lookup Job Progress Check a reverse lookup job. A completed job returns matched names and addresses, a results preview and a CSV download URL for the full set.
Account
2- Get User Profile Retrieve the account profile, including voice clones, billing type and subscription details such as plan name, renewal date and remaining voice units. Used to check remaining capacity before a large campaign is activated.
- Add Number to DNC List Add a number to the account's do-not-call list so it is excluded from future deliveries. Used the moment a recipient asks, without waiting for a person to process the request.
Triggers
1 triggersEvent Triggers
1- On New Incoming Call Fires when a new incoming call is logged on a selected owned number. The first run records a baseline and emits nothing, and after that each newly logged call fires once, carrying the caller number, timestamp and call duration. Used to catch the callback: somebody heard the voicemail and dialed the number back, and the rep who owns them should have the context before the conversation starts.
