Teamleader
CRMConnect AI agents to Teamleader Focus. Agents create and update contacts and companies, move deals through pipeline phases, manage tasks and projects, and pull invoices with temporary PDF or UBL download links for accounting workflows.
What This Integration Enables
Teamleader Focus is the CRM and invoicing backbone for European SMBs and agencies, and it is only worth having when it reflects reality. FlowRunner agents keep it that way. They create and update contacts and companies as leads arrive, open deals linked to the right customer, advance deals through pipeline phases when external milestones land, create follow-up tasks for the responsible user, and pull invoices with temporary PDF or UBL download links so the accounting side runs on documents, not requests. The UBL export matters more than it sounds: e-invoicing is how European accounting increasingly works, and an agent that can hand the accountant a machine-readable invoice closes a loop most CRMs leave open. The writes an agent makes here are mostly additive and correctable. The two that are not, Delete Contact and Delete Company, are permanent, and FlowRunner routes both to a person every time.

Use Case Scenarios
Order intake to a live deal
A new order fires from [Shopify](/integrations/shopify). The agent searches List Companies for the buyer's organization and List Contacts for the individual, creating whichever is missing with Add Company and Add Contact, VAT number included. It then opens the opportunity with Create Deal linked to the customer, sets the phase from List Deal Phases, and assigns the owner from List Users. When the search returns a near match rather than an exact one, the agent stops and asks the rep whether it is the same customer, because one confirmed record beats two confident duplicates.
Monthly accounting handoff
On the first of the month the agent pulls List Invoices filtered to outstanding and matched, loads each with Get Invoice, and calls Download Invoice twice per document: PDF for the human-readable archive, UBL for the accountant's e-invoicing system. The temporary links are handed to the accounting flow and the run is summarized in [Slack](/integrations/slack) with totals by status. The accountant stops emailing for copies because the copies arrive before the email would have.
Right-to-erasure request, gated
A data-removal request arrives. The agent locates the person with List Contacts, loads the full record with Get Contact, and maps what deletion would touch: a linked company, an open deal, historical invoices. It presents the picture to the account owner and waits. Only after an explicit go does Delete Contact run, and the agent records when the request came in, what was reviewed, and who approved the removal, which is precisely the trail a privacy regulator asks for.
Human-in-Loop Highlight
Delete Contact and Delete Company are the only operations in this connector that cannot be taken back, and they are exactly where an autonomous flow should refuse to be autonomous. When an erasure request or a cleanup run reaches a deletion, the agent posts the full picture to the owner: "Erasure request for M. Peeters. The contact is linked to Peeters BV, which has one open deal in the Proposal phase worth EUR 8,400 and three historical invoices. Delete the contact permanently, or decline and record the objection?" The owner decides with the consequences visible, not discovered afterward. On approval the agent deletes and files the audit note; on decline it records the reason against the request. That pause is [human-in-the-loop](/concepts/human-in-the-loop) doing its actual job: the agent carries the request to the edge of the irreversible step and hands the decision to someone accountable for it.
