SurveySparrow

Forms

Connect AI agents to SurveySparrow, the conversational survey platform. Agents list surveys, sync contacts, pull responses for analysis, and send survey invitations by email after purchases, signups, or support interactions.

7 actions API key available
A new customer completes onboarding in the product and their record lands in the CRM
Create Contact registers the customer in SurveySparrow with their email and name
List Surveys resolves the current onboarding feedback survey and confirms it is live
Share Survey by Email sends the invitation with a unique link
A scheduled sweep runs List Responses filtered to completed submissions since the last run
Responses with low satisfaction answers post to the customer success channel with the full answer set
The CS lead reads the actual answers, not just the score, and decides who calls the customer and with what offer

What This Integration Enables

SurveySparrow's bet is that surveys should feel like conversations, and conversations deserve replies. A completed survey that nobody acts on is worse than no survey: the customer told you something and watched nothing happen. FlowRunner agents make the platform's output move: they create contacts from real events in other systems, send invitations at the moment that earned them, and sweep responses into the CRM, the spreadsheet, and the channel where a human can actually answer. The survey stops being a quarterly measurement exercise and becomes the listening half of a loop the whole team can see closing. - Create contacts from signups, purchases, and support interactions in other systems - Send survey invitations by email with unique links, triggered by lifecycle events instead of batch exports - Sweep completed responses on a schedule and route them by content: log promoters, escalate detractors - Pull individual responses with full answer sets so follow-up starts with context, not a score - Keep the send step behind [human-in-the-loop](/concepts/human-in-the-loop) review when the recipient list is large or the audience is sensitive

Without FlowRunner

Responses live where nobody works Feedback accumulates inside SurveySparrow while the team lives in the CRM and Slack
Invitations are a manual export-import Someone downloads new signups as CSV, uploads contacts, and shares the survey days late
Low scores get discovered, not delivered A frustrated response waits until someone opens the dashboard

With FlowRunner

Every response lands in the systems of record Answers flow to the spreadsheet, the CRM record, and the channel where follow-up actually starts
Invitations fire from the moment itself Signup, purchase, or ticket resolution creates the contact and sends the survey in one pass
Detractor follow-up has an owner within the hour The sweep routes low-satisfaction submissions to a person with the answers attached

Use Case Scenarios

The signup-to-survey pipeline

A new row of leads arrives in [Google Sheets](/integrations/google-sheets) from the week's webinar. The agent reads the rows, calls Create Contact for each attendee with email and name, then calls List Surveys to resolve the post-webinar survey id and confirm its status. Share Survey by Email sends each attendee a unique link. As completions come in, List Responses picks them up on the next sweep and appends each answer set back to the sheet, so the same document that started the campaign shows its results.

Low-satisfaction answers become tickets, not statistics

Every thirty minutes, the agent runs List Responses against the post-support survey, filtered to completed submissions since the last sweep. For each response, Get Response pulls the full answer set. Satisfied customers get logged to the running record. When the satisfaction answer falls below the team's threshold, the agent updates the respondent's record in [HubSpot](/integrations/hubspot) with the score and comment, then posts the complete response to [Slack](/integrations/slack) with the account owner tagged. The owner replies to a customer who just told them exactly what went wrong, while the interaction is still fresh.

The quarterly research send that a person signs off on

Product wants feedback from every account on the enterprise tier. The agent assembles the audience: List Contacts pages through the account's contacts, cross-checks them against the CRM segment, and drafts the recipient list. It calls Get Survey to verify the research survey is live and configured for unique links, then presents the batch: survey name, question count, and 412 recipients. A person approves the send, and only then does Share Survey by Email go out. Responses sweep back through List Responses into the research team's sheet as they arrive.

Human-in-Loop Highlight

Share Survey by Email is the one action in this connector that reaches into customer inboxes, and there is no unsend. A workflow that resolves the wrong survey id, or builds its recipient list from a stale segment, delivers a live invitation to hundreds of real customers, each one spending a little of the account's credibility. So bulk sends run gated: the agent creates the contacts, resolves the survey with Get Survey, assembles the recipient list, and stops. "Post-churn research survey, 412 recipients from the cancelled-in-Q2 segment, unique links. Send?" A person scans the audience, catches that twelve of those accounts reactivated last month, trims the list, and approves. The send takes seconds either way. The approval is what keeps a feedback program from becoming spam.
