RevSend
Loyalty & ReferralSend sales gifts and rewards with RevSend, covering digital gift cards by email or link and a physical gift catalogue. Agents trigger a gift off a milestone and hold spend behind an approval.
What This Integration Enables
RevSend is the one connector here where an agent spends real money. Loyalty points and referral credits are ledger entries you control. A digital gift card is a purchase against a finite budget, delivered to a named human being, and once the recipient claims it the funds are gone. That difference should shape how you build with it.
Agents can browse the digital brand catalogue and the physical gift catalogue, send a digital gift straight to a recipient by email, or create a shareable gift link when you want to deliver the reward through your own channel such as a chat message or an SMS. They can list digital and physical orders to reconcile what has been sent and what is still unclaimed, cancel an unclaimed digital order to return the funds, and read the current gifting budget with its refill settings and alert thresholds. The On Order Event trigger closes the loop, so a rep learns their gift landed rather than wondering.

Use Case Scenarios
Milestone gifting with a spend gate
A deal in HubSpot moves to Demo Booked. The agent resolves the contact and the owning rep, picks the gifting campaign that covers that segment, and calls Get Budget before doing anything else. If the remaining balance is below the alert threshold, the flow stops and the finance owner hears about it instead of a send failing silently. If the balance is fine, the agent checks List Digital Orders so the same prospect is not gifted twice by two reps working the same account, then posts the recipient, the gift value and the remaining balance to the manager in Slack for approval. On approval it calls Send Digital Gift By Email.
Gift links delivered through your own channel
Not every reward should arrive as an email from a gifting platform. For a customer conversation happening in WhatsApp or in-app chat, the agent calls Create Digital Gift Link instead, receives a shareable link, and hands it to the human who is already in the conversation to send in their own words. The gift is still tracked as an order in RevSend, so reconciliation works the same way, but the moment of delivery belongs to the relationship rather than to a system.
Delivery confirmation back to the rep
On Order Event fires when a gift order is created and when its status changes. The agent watches for the status change, resolves the recipient back to the deal, and posts a message to the owning rep's channel saying the gift landed, along with the deal it was attached to. The rep follows up while the gift is still fresh. For physical gifts the agent polls List Physical Orders for the delivery status, so a rep chasing a signature knows whether the package has actually shipped.
Human-in-Loop Highlight
The gate here is the spend, and it is a real one. Send Digital Gift By Email draws value from a finite budget and puts a claimable gift card in a stranger's inbox. Cancel Digital Order can return the funds only while the gift is still unclaimed, so from the moment the recipient opens it, the money is spent and no automation recovers it. That is the exact shape of a digital andon cord: the agent stops the line at the point where the next step cannot be taken back. Before any gift above the standing policy value, the agent posts one message to the approver: "Sending a 100 dollar gift to Dana Reyes at Northwind after her demo. This is her second gift this quarter. Budget remaining after this send is 640 dollars, below the 750 dollar alert threshold. Send, reduce the value, or skip?" The manager answers in Slack. The agent sends, adjusts or drops it, and the decision is on record next to the order. Reps still get to reward the moments that matter. Nobody finds out about the spend from the invoice.
Agent Capabilities
10 actionsCampaigns and Catalogue
4- List Campaigns Lists gifting campaigns, which bundle a reward value with the brands or physical gifts a recipient can choose from, with paging, sorting and text search. Used to find the campaign ID that a send requires.
- List Digital Brands Lists the digital gift card brands available to the account with artwork, denominations, supported countries and redemption terms. Used to check which brands a campaign can offer before committing to a send, particularly across borders.
- List Physical Gifts Lists the physical gifts the account can send, with imagery, categories, product variants and initial shipping cost. Used to choose a tangible gift before creating a physical order.
- List Categories Lists the gift categories configured on the account with names and icons. Used to group or filter the catalogue when presenting choices to a sender.
Sending Gifts
2- Send Digital Gift By Email Sends a digital gift to a recipient by email, drawing brands and value from a campaign, and the recipient chooses their reward. Used to reward a prospect, customer or employee directly from a flow, behind an approval when the value warrants one.
- Create Digital Gift Link Creates a digital gift and returns a shareable link rather than emailing it, so the reward can be delivered through chat, SMS or any channel you control. Used when the moment of delivery should belong to a person, not a platform.
Order Tracking
3- List Digital Orders Lists digital gift orders with status, value and delivery method, with paging and sorting. Used to reconcile what has been sent and which gifts remain unclaimed, and as a duplicate guard before a new send.
- Cancel Digital Order Cancels an unclaimed digital gift order and returns the funds to the balance. Used when a gift was sent in error or the recipient turns out to be ineligible, and only works while the gift is still unclaimed.
- List Physical Orders Lists physical gift orders with their delivery status, with paging and sorting. Used to track fulfilment of tangible gifts through processing, shipping and delivery.
Budget
1- Get Budget Retrieves the gifting budget including the amount currently available, refill settings and the alert thresholds that warn before funds run out. Used as a guard step ahead of any send, so a flow never spends into an empty balance.
Triggers
1 triggersEvent Triggers
1- On Order Event Fires on the two documented RevSend webhook events, selected when you configure the trigger: Order Created and Order Status Updated. Used to tell a rep the moment their gift lands, to reconcile a gift order back to the deal that earned it, and to move a follow-up sequence forward once delivery is confirmed rather than on a guess about timing.
