LeadSquared
CRMRun the lead lifecycle in LeadSquared from your flows. Agents capture and upsert leads, search by keyword or structured criteria, log custom activities to timelines, create tasks and appointments for reps, and advance opportunities as deals progress.
What This Integration Enables
LeadSquared is built for volume: the businesses that run on it measure inbound leads per hour, not per week, and the cost of slow follow-up is measured in leads that signed with someone faster. This connector makes the speed structural. FlowRunner agents capture and upsert leads from every source with duplicate matching on email, phone, or ID, log custom activities to timelines, create tasks and appointments that put follow-ups on the right rep's list, query leads by keyword, structured criteria, or list membership, and record and advance opportunities as deals progress. The detail that matters at volume is Capture Lead's matching and update behavior: the upsert finds the existing record and controls how incoming values overwrite what reps typed, so aggressive automation does not bulldoze human work. That division of labor extends through the whole flow: agents move the data, and the calls that spend rep hours or erase records pass through a [human-in-the-loop](/concepts/human-in-the-loop) gate first.

Use Case Scenarios
Every source, one funnel
A [Shopify](/integrations/shopify) purchase, a [HubSpot](/integrations/hubspot) form fill, and a Calendly booking all end at the same place: Capture Lead upserts the person, Create Activity records what they did with the matching event code, and the timeline reads as one story regardless of where the touch happened. When the booking lands, Create Task schedules the pre-call prep for the rep with a reminder, so the meeting arrives with context instead of a blank screen.
Segments that become worklists
The marketing team maintains dynamic lists in LeadSquared. On a schedule, Get Lists finds the campaign segment, Get Leads in List pulls its members, and the agent routes them: high-value leads get Create Task follow-ups spread across reps, the rest flow into the nurture track, and a summary lands in [Google Sheets](/integrations/google-sheets) with a [Slack](/integrations/slack) ping to the team. The segment stops being a report and becomes assigned work.
The pipeline that matches reality
When a rep advances a deal in conversation, the systems catch up automatically: Capture Opportunity records the deal against the lead with amount, stage, and close date, and Update Opportunity moves it as terms change. A weekly flow pulls open opportunities through Retrieve Leads by Criteria on the linked leads, checks Retrieve Lead Activities for deals with no touch in 14 days, and posts the stall list to the sales manager. Forecast reviews argue about deals, not about whose spreadsheet is right.
Human-in-Loop Highlight
Delete Lead removes the lead and its associated data permanently, and in a system built around the timeline, that is the point to respect: the record being deleted carries every activity, task, and opportunity the team accumulated on that relationship, and none of it comes back. So list hygiene never runs unattended. Before anything dies, the agent pulls the candidate's history with Retrieve Lead Activities, checks Retrieve Tasks for open work, and confirms through Get Opportunity by ID that no live deal hangs off the record. Leads with any of those are pulled from the purge automatically; the rest go to the sales ops owner as a list with evidence attached. The owner approves the batch, and Delete Lead runs on exactly the records a person cleared. Delete Opportunity gets the same treatment, because deleting a deal rewrites forecast history.
