What This Integration Enables

Foxentry ships five named modules and the connector exposes all of them: email, phone, name, address and company. Four of those are familiar from any validator. The name module is not, and it is the reason this integration behaves differently from the rest of the category. Validate Name verifies that a first name, surname or full name really exists, corrects common typos and casing, and at the full data scope returns gender, the correct vocative form used for salutations, and name day dates. That means Foxentry does not only clean the record, it produces the words your company will use to address a human being.

The other modules are strong and geographically honest about themselves. Address validation runs against official registries across 34 European countries, auto-correcting most typos in street, house number, city and ZIP. It returns the canonical address with its registry IDs and GPS position, along with corrections and alternatives. Foxentry also exposes a search-as-you-type autocomplete and a radius search that turns a browser geolocation reading into a short list of pickable addresses. Company validation reaches the business registries of the Czech Republic, Slovakia, Poland and Hungary, adding legal form, NACE activities, VAT payer status with reliability, insolvency history, business premises and company officers at the wider data scopes. Email and phone validation work worldwide, with extended validation confirming a mailbox is deliverable and a number is actually connected to a network. Checkout that corrects instead of rejecting

A shopper fills in a checkout form on a store running Shopify. As they type the street, Search Address autocompletes from the registry and Get Address Details expands the pick into a full record with coordinates. The email field runs through Validate Email, and because Foxentry fixes common typos, the agent reads the proposal and suggestion fields rather than only the pass or fail, so a mistyped mail domain is offered back as a one-tap correction instead of a red error. The phone runs through Validate Phone Number with extended validation, confirming the number is connected to a network and returning it in E.164 for storage. Nothing is rejected that can be fixed.

Prefilling a B2B account from a registration number

A business customer types a registration number into an onboarding form. The agent calls Validate Company, which checks that the combination of name, registration number, tax number and VAT number genuinely belongs to one subject, and returns the canonical record with its registered address. At the extended scope it adds legal form, NACE activities, VAT payer status, insolvency and company officers. The rest of the form fills itself, and the agent flags any account where VAT payer status or insolvency history should be seen by a person before credit terms are offered.

Cleaning an imported list before it is used

A list arrives from a partner or an old system. The agent runs Validate Email with extended validation across it, reading the catch-all, disposable, freemail and known phishing flags rather than a single verdict, and runs Validate Address to bring street, house number, city and ZIP back into registry form. Records that Foxentry corrects cleanly are updated. Records where the registry returns several plausible alternatives are held as automation exceptions with the alternatives attached, and the campaign in Klaviyo runs against the clean portion while a person works the rest.

Human-in-Loop Highlight

Foxentry will correct a person's name, and that is the one correction an agent should never apply on its own. Validate Name fixes typos and casing and, at the full data scope, returns a gender and the vocative form used for salutations. Applied automatically, that means the platform can decide that a customer spelled their own surname wrong, rewrite it in the account, infer a gender from it, and then greet them by a machine-generated vocative in the next email. When it is right, nobody notices. When it is wrong, the customer opens a message that has misspelled their name and misgendered them in the same line, and no amount of correct address data makes up for it. Address and phone corrections do not carry this risk, because normalizing a street suffix does not tell a person who they are. So the agent splits the modules by consequence. Address, phone, email and company corrections apply automatically. Any change to a name field, and any gender or vocative form that was inferred rather than supplied by the customer, pauses the flow: "Order 5581. Customer entered Jaroslava Novak. Foxentry proposes Jaroslava Novakova, gender female, vocative Jaroslavo. Apply the correction, keep what the customer typed, or use no salutation?" A service agent answers once per case and the answer is remembered on the record. This is human-in-the-loop drawn on the right line: the agent handles the data, and a person handles the part of the data that is somebody's identity.
