What This Integration Enables

Most connectors in this category answer one question: what is this person's email. Datagma answers a broader one, which is who is this person now. Detect Job Change compares the company and title you hold against the person's current profile and returns their current employer, their current role, their experience history and confidence scores describing how well the company you supplied was matched. That is a maintenance capability rather than an acquisition one, and it is the reason to reach for Datagma over a pure finder. A CRM full of contacts who left two years ago is a slow, invisible failure, and this is the connector that makes it visible on a schedule.

Around that sits a genuinely wide identity surface. Find Work Email resolves an address from a name plus a company, domain or company profile URL, and returns the naming patterns it tried along with the MX, SMTP and catch-all check results, so an agent can judge how safely the address can be mailed rather than trusting a single score. Enrich Person Or Company works from a professional email, a profile URL, a company name, a website or a French SIREN number, and can pull French legal registry detail including NAF code and company officers, which is unusual coverage worth knowing about if France is a real market for you. Reverse Phone Lookup, Search Phone Numbers, Reverse Email Lookup and the two Twitter operations all run in the same direction: from an identifier you happen to hold back to the person behind it. Everything is synchronous, so a FlowRunner flow gets its answer in the step rather than polling for it. Datagma also documents that Reverse Email Lookup covers personal addresses outside the EU, and that Find People costs ten credits on a hit against one on a miss, both of which are worth encoding into the flow rather than discovering in a bill.

Without FlowRunner

Contacts decay silently A champion changes employer and the CRM keeps the old company until an email bounces
Best signal missed The strongest warm intro available to the team goes unnoticed for months
Single-identifier lookups A record holding only a phone number or a social handle stays unresolvable

With FlowRunner

Movement detected on a schedule Employer changes surface as a weekly signal rather than as a delivery failure
Warm plays opened deliberately A confirmed move becomes a route into a new account with the relationship intact
Identity resolved from any angle A phone number, a social handle or a personal address all resolve back to a person

Use Case Scenarios

The champion who moved

Every Monday an agent runs Detect Job Change across the contacts tagged as champions in HubSpot. For each one it supplies the company and title on file and reads back the current profile. Contacts who have not moved are left alone. Contacts who have moved are grouped by their new employer, checked against the existing account list, and posted to the owning rep in Slack with the old and new roles side by side. Once the rep confirms, the agent updates the contact, creates or links the new account, and opens the follow-up task. The strongest warm route a revenue team has is a person who already bought from you starting somewhere new, and it is normally discovered by accident.

Completing a lead that arrived with almost nothing

A form submission arrives with a name and a company and no email. The agent calls Find Work Email, reads the returned status alongside the MX, SMTP and catch-all results, and writes the address to the CRM with the check outcomes recorded next to it. If the domain is catch-all, the record is flagged rather than sequenced. If the company field was messy, Enrich Person Or Company resolves it to a real firmographic profile first so the finder is working from a domain instead of a marketing name. The reps see a complete record, and they also see how much of it is proven.

Attributing an inbound signal with no name on it

An inbound call comes in from a number nobody recognises, or a trial signup arrives on a personal address. The agent calls Reverse Phone Lookup or Reverse Email Lookup to resolve the identity, then Get Twitter By Email to attach social handles where they exist. Datagma documents that Reverse Email Lookup covers personal addresses outside the EU, so the flow routes EU-origin signals to a manual queue instead of pretending a lookup that will not work is worth attempting. The rep returning the call knows who they are calling back.

Human-in-Loop Highlight

Detect Job Change does not return a fact. It returns a current profile plus confidence scores describing how well the company you supplied was matched, and those two things are not the same. The employer field on a CRM contact is usually something a human typed after a real conversation, and an agent overwriting it on a probabilistic match destroys information that nobody kept a copy of. Worse, a false positive fires a congratulations-on-the-new-role email to someone who never moved, which is the kind of message a champion remembers. So the agent stops before the write, not after it: "Detect Job Change reports [Contact] has moved from [Old Company] to [New Company] as [New Title]. Company match confidence [score]. Confirm the move and I will update the record and open the play at [New Company], or leave the record as it stands?" The account owner answers in Slack. This is an ordinary automation exception handled properly, and the reason it needs a person is not that the agent is unsure how to write a field. It is that the existing field was somebody's knowledge and the replacement is an inference.

Agent Capabilities

10 actions

Email and Enrichment

3
  • Find Work Email Finds a person's verified work email from their name plus a company domain, company name or LinkedIn company URL. Returns the address, its domain, a status, the candidate naming patterns that were tried, and the MX, SMTP and catch-all check results so you can judge how safely it can be mailed.
  • Enrich Person Or Company Enriches a person or a company from a professional email, LinkedIn profile URL, company name, website or French SIREN number. Returns person basics including name, job title, seniority, gender and confidence scores, plus company firmographics including industry, size, locality and founding year. Optional toggles add the full company profile, premium data, French legal registry detail including SIREN, NAF code and company officers, deep web traffic data, and phone numbers. A person response costs 2 credits.
  • Detect Job Change Checks whether a person has moved employer since you last recorded them, comparing the company and job title you hold against their current profile. Returns their current company and title, their experience history, and scores indicating how confidently the supplied company was matched. Used to keep a CRM clean and to open outreach when a champion changes jobs.

People Search

1
  • Find People Finds up to ten people matching a job title at given companies, domains or LinkedIn company IDs, optionally restricted by country. Job title accepts OR syntax such as head of OR chief OR CEO. Costs 10 credits on success and 1 when nothing matches, so it is worth narrowing the input before calling it.

Phone and Reverse Lookups

3
  • Search Phone Numbers Searches for phone numbers and associated identity data from an email address or a social profile URL. Returns matched people with names, phone numbers, addresses, emails, jobs and linked accounts, along with how many sources were consulted.
  • Reverse Phone Lookup Identifies the person behind a phone number, returning their name and any linked public Facebook or LinkedIn profile. Supply the country dialling code separately from the national number. Used to attribute inbound calls or to enrich phone-only records captured at events.
  • Reverse Email Lookup Identifies the person behind a personal email address, returning profile details, schools, positions, networking highlights, skills and endorsements. Covers personal addresses outside the EU. For professional addresses use Enrich Person Or Company instead.

Social Identity

2
  • Get Twitter By Username Finds the email address behind an X (Twitter) username, together with linked LinkedIn, Facebook and GitHub profiles, industry, skills, interests and location. The username is case sensitive.
  • Get Twitter By Email Finds the X (Twitter) account associated with an email address, along with linked LinkedIn, Facebook and GitHub profiles, industry, skills, interests and location. Used to attach social handles to contacts you already hold addresses for.

Account

1
  • Get Credit Balance Returns the API credits remaining on the account. Used to gate an expensive batch before it runs, since person enrichment costs 2 credits per record and a successful people search costs 10. Optionally checks a specific account by email.
