Airmeet

Scheduling

Work Airmeet events with AI agents. Agents list events and sessions, pull attendee lists, and register attendees so virtual event logistics run without manual roster work.

5 actions Session available
Airmeet website ↗ Platform Documentation ↗ Capability data verified 2026-07-27
A webinar signup form submission lands from the website
List Events finds the upcoming event matching the campaign, confirming it is not FINISHED
List Attendees filters by the signup's email to catch a duplicate registration
If the event is near its registration cap, the events manager approves the batch before slots are consumed
Register Attendee adds the person as a confirmed registration with Send Email Invite on
The returned Magic Link is written back to the CRM contact record
A daily summary posts the registration count and remaining capacity to the events channel

What This Integration Enables

Virtual events fail in the plumbing, not the platform. An event program is really a data pipeline with a stage attached: people flow in through forms and campaigns, through the event itself, and out into the sales pipeline, and every manual handoff between those stages leaks attendees. The session content is ready, but the roster lags the signup form by a day, the CRM never hears who registered, and follow-up starts from a stale export. This connector puts an agent in that gap: it reads events and agendas, reconciles attendee lists, and registers people the moment they appear in any upstream system, so Airmeet stops being an island. - Sync signups from forms, CRMs, or commerce tools into an event as confirmed registrations or pending invitations - Return each attendee's Magic Link so downstream emails and CRM records carry a working entry link - Pull full attendee lists, with custom registration fields, to drive reporting and post-event follow-up - Read event agendas, sessions, hosts, and speakers to power promotion workflows The Magic Link is the detail that makes the automation worth building. Every registration returns the attendee's unique entry link, which means downstream systems, the CRM record, the reminder email, the sales brief, can carry a working one-click path into the event instead of a generic lobby URL. That is the difference between an attendee list and an attendance rate. Registration is a write that reaches a real person's inbox and consumes a real slot, which is why the [human-in-the-loop](/concepts/human-in-the-loop) step sits in front of bulk registration, not behind it.

Without FlowRunner

Roster work by CSV Signups collect in a form tool until someone exports them and re-imports into the event
The invite gap Hours or days pass between signing up and receiving an entry link, and interest cools
Attendee data stranded Who actually registered lives in the event platform, invisible to the CRM and the follow-up sequence

With FlowRunner

Signup to Magic Link in one motion Registration and the emailed entry link happen the moment the form submits
Deduplicated, capacity-aware rosters Agents check existing registrations first and pause for a person when slots get scarce
Attendees flow into the pipeline Every registration syncs to the CRM with its event, session interest, and entry link attached

Use Case Scenarios

Form signups become confirmed attendees

New responses arrive from [Typeform](/integrations/typeform). For each respondent, the agent checks List Attendees with an email filter, skips anyone already registered, and calls Register Attendee with Register Attendee set to true and Send Email Invite on. The respondent gets the calendar invite and Magic Link within the same minute they signed up, and the agent writes the link back to the contact in [HubSpot](/integrations/hubspot) so sales can reference it.

The attendee list feeds the pipeline, not a spreadsheet graveyard

The morning after the event, the agent calls List Attendees with pagination until it has the full roster, including organisation, designation, and custom fields. Each attendee upserts into [HubSpot](/integrations/hubspot) tagged with the event name, and the full list lands in [Google Sheets](/integrations/google-sheets) for the marketing report. Sales starts follow-up from live registration data, with the event's session lineup from Get Event Info included in the outreach context. The same sweep runs mid-registration too, so the weekly pipeline review sees registration pace against capacity while there is still time to promote, not after the fact.

Agenda-driven promotion without copy-paste

Two weeks out, the agent calls List Events to find upcoming events, then List Sessions to pull each agenda: session names, start times, speakers. It drafts the promotional email around the actual lineup and posts the draft to [Slack](/integrations/slack) for marketing to approve. When a session's time changes, the next run notices the diff and flags it, so the promotion never advertises a schedule the event no longer has. For hybrid events, the same sweep splits messaging by Attendance Type, so in-person attendees get logistics and virtual attendees get their entry link.

Human-in-Loop Highlight

Register Attendee does two things that cannot be quietly undone: it consumes a registration slot on an event with finite capacity, and with Send Email Invite on, it emails a real person a calendar invite and entry link. An agent syncing a big signup list into the wrong event, or into the right event twice, becomes a visible mess in hundreds of inboxes. So FlowRunner agents batch their intent instead of firing writes one by one: the agent posts "82 new signups from the Q3 webinar form, 61 net new after dedup, event has capacity, invites will send on approval" and waits. The events manager approves in one click, the batch registers, and every Magic Link comes back into the CRM. When the numbers look wrong, the person catches it before the inboxes do.

Agent Capabilities

5 actions

Events

3
  • List Events Lists the community's events with id, name, status, timezone, and start and end times, paginated by cursor. The starting point for finding the event a workflow should target.
  • Get Event Info Retrieves one event in detail, including its schedule and full session list with hosts, co-hosts, and speakers. The agenda source for promotion and briefing workflows.
  • List Sessions Lists an event's sessions as a flattened array: id, name, start time, duration, status, summary, and speaker ids. Used when a workflow iterates the agenda directly.

Attendees

2
  • List Attendees Lists an event's registrations with email, name, organisation, designation, location, registration date, invite status, and custom fields. Supports pagination and email filtering, and returns total registration counts, which is how agents track capacity.
  • Register Attendee Adds an attendee to an event and returns their unique Magic Link. Can register them as confirmed or as a pending invitation, optionally emailing the calendar invite, with In-Person or Virtual attendance for hybrid events. The write this page's human gate governs.
