The boards, the cards and the accounts live on infrastructure the organization controls, which for teams with data residency obligations or a security review that ends every SaaS conversation is not a preference but a requirement. The agent calls Search Board Cards first, which is the cheap way to look for an existing card rather than reading the whole board, and creates one with Create Card only if nothing matches. Add Card Label applies the routing label, creating it on the board if it is not there yet. Create Checklist and Create Checklist Item lay out the standard steps for that request type, and Add Card Attachment pulls in the supporting document either as content or from a URL. Assign Card Member puts the right person on it, which requires them to already be a board member, so the flow checks that first rather than failing at the write. ### An engineering board that stays in step with the repository A pull request merges in [GitHub](https://flowrunner.ai/integrations/github). Restyaboard ships Undo Activity, which reverses a recorded activity: a move, an archive, a rename. That is a genuinely useful correction and an agent should use it. It is also explicitly not universal, and a board-wide card deletion is exactly the class of operation it does not reach. Run it once by hand when the account has two factor authentication turned on, then store the returned token. - **Sign Out** Ends the session behind the current access token so the token stops working. Used to retire a token minted for a one time job. - **Get Current User** Returns the account the credentials belong to, with its role, language and the boards and organizations it has joined.
