1. A scheduled promotion is due to go out to a Czech-language contact list
2. Agent builds the campaign with Create Campaign and Save Campaign Text from the approved template
3. Spam Check Campaign and Check Campaign Links rehearse the message before anything is committed
4. Add List To Campaign attaches the audience, and the exclusion list, with the flag set deliberately for each
5. Send Campaign Test delivers the rehearsal to the reviewers named on the brief
6. A marketer reads the test and releases Complete Campaign, which is the call that actually sends

## What This Integration Enables

Emailkampane.cz, sold internationally as goemail.eu, is the platform to pick when the campaign is only half the job and the record of it is the other half. Roughly a quarter of this connector's surface is reporting: not one statistics call but a separate read for opens, unique opens, clicks, unique clicks, unsubscribes, spam reports, undelivered mail and the reason behind it, out-of-office replies and the text of them, browsers, devices, operating systems, and geolocation. Alongside that sits a complete set of contact-subject operations: a full data export for one person, an erasure that keeps the aggregate statistics intact, and a deletion that removes the record and its history entirely.

FlowRunner agents manage contacts, lists, and custom attributes, import contacts by row or in bulk, build campaigns from templates and rehearse them before they go, and read the reporting surface without anyone exporting a file. Because the platform models hidden, deactivated, and unsubscribed as three genuinely different states, the connector keeps them distinct rather than flattening them into one. The [human-in-the-loop](https://flowrunner.ai/concepts/human-in-the-loop) gate on this page exists for the one operation that collapses several of those states at once and cannot be undone.

### Without FlowRunner

**Reporting assembled by hand**: Someone exports a campaign report, then a second one, then reconciles them in a spreadsheet

**Subject requests handled ad hoc**: A request for a copy of someone's data becomes a manual dig through screens

**Send rehearsal skipped under time pressure**: The spam check and the link check are the first things dropped when a campaign is late

### With FlowRunner

**Reporting arrives on a schedule**: Statistics land where the team already reads them, per campaign and per contact

**Subject requests are a workflow**: The export, the erasure, and the record removal each have their own operation and their own approval

**Rehearsal is a step, not an intention**: The free checks run every time, because the flow runs them, and the send waits on their result

## Use Case Scenarios

### A campaign that rehearses before it commits

The agent creates the campaign, writes its content with Save Campaign Text, and attaches the audience with Add List To Campaign, setting the exclusion flag deliberately because the same route builds both the audience and the suppression. Spam Check Campaign and Check Campaign Links run at no cost, Preview Campaign renders the result, and Send Campaign Test reaches the reviewers. The approval comes back through [Slack](https://flowrunner.ai/integrations/slack) or [Microsoft Teams](https://flowrunner.ai/integrations/microsoft-teams). Only then does the flow call Complete Campaign, which is the send. Get Campaign Status is the poll afterward, and Cancel Campaign can only stop what has not already left.

### Order history becomes list membership

An order from [Shopify](https://flowrunner.ai/integrations/shopify) reaches the agent. It resolves the buyer with Get Contact, creating the record with Create Contact when there is no match, and fills both name pairs, because the greeting form of a Czech name differs from the nominative and only filling one of them produces grammatically wrong mail. Add Contact To List places the buyer on the customer list, Update Contact Attribute records the order value, and Get Contact Lists For Contact confirms the person is not already receiving a competing sequence. For a backfill, Import Contacts To List carries the rows, and the flow refuses any row whose length does not match its header rather than letting every value shift one field to the left.

### The subject request that runs as a workflow

A request arrives to remove someone from the marketing database. The agent resolves the contact, calls Download Contact Data to capture everything held about the person, and posts the export to the case record. From there the three routes diverge and so does their consequence: Unsubscribe Contact records the recipient's own decision, Anonymize Contact erases the person while leaving the aggregate statistics intact, and Delete Contact removes the record and its history entirely. Which one the request calls for is a policy decision, so the agent gathers the evidence, states what each route would do, and lets the person who owns the policy choose. Get Contact Timeline supplies the history that decision is made against.

## Human-in-Loop Highlight

Clean Contact List removes an entire class of contacts from a list in one call, unsubscribed or undelivered or hidden or globally hidden, and it does not come back. What makes it a gate rather than a chore is that the connector gives the agent no way to see what it is about to destroy. There is no preview and no dry run. Count List Contacts before and Count List Contacts after is the only visible measure of what happened, which means the agent can report a number and never a list of names. So a hygiene agent does the reversible work first, reads List Undelivered Contacts and List Deactivated Contacts and List Unsubscribed In List to characterize the population, and then stops: "Cleaning undelivered contacts from Zákazníci would remove roughly 2,300 of 41,000 records. 180 of those bounced only once, in the same 40-minute window three weeks ago, which reads like a receiving server outage rather than 180 dead mailboxes. Clean the list, or exclude that window first?" The marketer answers. A single sweep is not worth losing a few hundred real customers to a bad afternoon at somebody else's mail host.

## Agent Capabilities

103 actions

### Account

2

- **Get Status** Reads the account's current state. The cheapest confirmation that the credentials and the session exchange behind them are working.
- **Get API Usage** Counts calls made this month. A budget rather than a lifetime total, so flows use it to pace bulk work.

### Contacts

19

- **List Contacts** Returns contacts across the account with paging.
- **Get Contact** Reads one contact. The connector picks the right identifier from the shape of what it is given, so a flow cannot build the ambiguous request the vendor rejects.
- **Create Contact** Creates a contact, including both the nominative and the greeting form of the name.
- **Update Contact** Updates a contact's fields. Writes answer with an affected-row count, so a flow can tell a successful no-op from a real change.
- **Delete Contact** Removes the contact record and its history entirely. Addressed by GUID only.
- **Anonymize Contact** Irreversibly erases the person while leaving the aggregate statistics intact. Addressed by email address only.
- **Download Contact Data** Returns everything held about one contact. The operation behind a subject access request.
- **Unsubscribe Contact** Records the recipient's own decision to stop receiving mail.
- **Show Or Hide Contact** Hides or restores a contact account-wide. Your decision rather than the recipient's, and distinct from an unsubscribe.
- **Get Contact Counts** Returns counts by contact type. Used to size a population before a flow acts on it.
- **List Deactivated Contacts** Finds contacts deactivated on a list, which is one of the three ways a person can be present and unreachable.
- **List Unassigned Contacts** Finds contacts on no list at all, so they receive nothing and nobody notices.
- **List Undelivered Contacts** Finds contacts whose mail bounced, with the reason carried in the bounce field rather than a separate one.
- **List Unsubscribed Contacts** Finds contacts who opted out account-wide.
- **Get Contact Attributes** Reads the custom attribute values held against one contact.
- **Update Contact Attribute** Writes a single attribute value on a contact. The narrow write for enrichment passes.
- **Get Contact Lists For Contact** Shows which lists a contact belongs to, which is how a flow checks for a competing sequence before it enrolls somebody.
- **Get Contact Timeline** Reads what this person has done: opens, clicks, unsubscribes, and the rest. The polling substitute for the webhooks this API does not publish.
- **Get Timeline Actions** Lists the action names the timeline filter accepts, so a flow does not guess at them.

### Contact Lists

18

- **List Contact Lists** Returns the account's lists.
- **Get Contact List** Reads one list's configuration.
- **Create Contact List** Creates a list.
- **Update Contact List** Updates a list's settings.
- **Delete Contact List** Removes a list from the account.
- **Duplicate Contact List** Copies a list, which is the safe way to test a change to a large audience.
- **Merge Contact Lists** Combines several source lists into one. Takes its sources as a set, so the flow supplies them as a list rather than a joined string.
- **Show Or Hide Contact List** Hides or restores a list without deleting it.
- **Clean Contact List** Removes a whole class of contacts from a list at once, irreversibly. The operation this page's human gate exists for.
- **Count List Contacts** Counts the contacts on a list. Before and after a destructive call, this is the only visible measure of what changed.
- **List Contacts In List** Returns the contacts on one list.
- **List Unsubscribed In List** Returns the contacts who opted out of one particular list.
- **Add Contact To List** Places an existing contact on a list.
- **Remove Contact From List** Takes a contact off a list without touching the record or its consent state.
- **Activate Or Deactivate Contact In List** Suspends or restores a contact for one list only. Your decision, scoped narrowly.
- **Import Contact To List** Imports a single contact with its attributes.
- **Import Contacts To List** Imports many contacts at once, matched to a header by position. The connector refuses a row whose length does not match the header, because the alternative is every value landing in the wrong field.
- **Get Contact List Hashtags** Returns the merge tags available when writing to this list.

### Attributes

7

- **List Attributes** Lists the custom attributes defined on the account.
- **Get Attribute** Reads one attribute's definition.
- **Create Attribute** Defines a new attribute deliberately, rather than letting an import header define one by accident.
- **Update Attribute** Changes an attribute's definition.
- **Delete Attribute** Removes an attribute and the values held under it.
- **Move Attribute** Reorders an attribute in the account's field list.
- **Show Or Hide Attribute** Hides an attribute from the interface without deleting its data.

### Campaigns

24

- **List Campaigns** Returns the account's campaigns.
- **Get Campaign** Reads one campaign's configuration and state.
- **Create Campaign** Creates a campaign shell, before content and audience are attached.
- **Update Campaign** Updates a campaign's settings.
- **Delete Campaign** Removes a campaign from the account.
- **Duplicate Campaign** Copies a campaign, which is how a recurring send starts from last month's version.
- **Complete Campaign** Sends the campaign. This is the irreversible call in the sequence, not a status change.
- **Cancel Campaign** Stops a send that is still going out. Whatever has already been delivered stays delivered.
- **Get Campaign Status** Polls a send in progress.
- **Get Campaign Text** Reads the campaign's current content.
- **Save Campaign Text** Writes the campaign's content. Addressed by campaign GUID.
- **Send Campaign Test** Delivers the campaign to reviewers. Free, and the rehearsal that a human approval is given against.
- **Preview Campaign** Renders the campaign without sending it.
- **Spam Check Campaign** Scores the message against spam filters before it goes. Costs nothing, so the flow always runs it.
- **Check Campaign Links** Verifies every link in the message resolves, which is the check that catches a staging URL before the customers do.
- **Get Campaign Links** Returns the link identifiers, which is where per-link click reporting gets its keys.
- **Add List To Campaign** Attaches a list to a campaign. The same route attaches an audience or an exclusion depending on one flag, so the flow sets it deliberately.
- **Remove List From Campaign** Detaches a list. The flag has to match how the list was attached.
- **Get Campaign Lists** Reads which lists are attached to a campaign, and how.
- **Get Last Used Campaign For List** Finds the most recent campaign sent to a list. The check that prevents mailing the same audience twice in a week.
- **List Campaign Attachments** Lists files attached to a campaign.
- **Delete Campaign Attachment** Removes an attachment from a campaign.
- **Move Campaign Attachment** Reorders an attachment. Addressed by campaign GUID.
- **Get Campaign Hashtags** Returns the merge tags available in this campaign's content.

### Templates

9

- **List Templates** Returns the templates on the account.
- **Get Template** Reads one template's configuration.
- **Create Template** Stores a new template.
- **Update Template** Updates a template's settings.
- **Delete Template** Removes a template.
- **Duplicate Template** Copies a template, which is how a seasonal variant starts.
- **Get Template Text** Reads a template's content.
- **Save Template Text** Writes a template's content.
- **Get Template Hashtags** Returns the merge tags a template supports.

### Campaign Statistics

24

- **List Campaign Statistics** Lists the statistics records available across campaigns.
- **Get Campaign Statistics** Reads the headline results for one campaign.
- **Download Campaign Statistics** Retrieves the full statistics file for one campaign.
- **Get Campaign Statistics By Date** Breaks results out over time rather than as a single total.
- **Get Campaign Geolocation** Reads where a campaign was opened.
- **Get Campaign Sent** Lists the recipients a campaign was actually delivered to.
- **Get Campaign Opens** Lists open events, counting every event rather than every person.
- **Get Campaign Unique Opens** Lists distinct recipients who opened, which is the number that belongs in a report.
- **Get Campaign Clicks** Lists click events, optionally narrowed to one link.
- **Get Campaign Unique Clicks** Lists distinct recipients who clicked.
- **Get Campaign Unsubscribes** Lists the opt-outs a campaign produced.
- **Get Campaign Spam Reports** Lists the complaints a campaign produced. The number that costs the most and gets read the least.
- **Get Campaign Undelivered** Lists the recipients a campaign failed to reach.
- **Get Undelivered Reason** Returns why one delivery failed, which is what separates a dead mailbox from a temporary refusal.
- **Get Campaign Out Of Office** Lists the automatic replies a campaign generated.
- **Get Out Of Office Message** Returns the text of one of those replies, which sometimes carries the name of the person who took over the role.
- **Get Campaign Online Views** Counts views of the browser version of the message.
- **Get Campaign Why I Get This** Counts recipients who followed the explanation link, an early signal that an audience does not recognize the sender.
- **Get Campaign Browsers** Breaks opens down by browser.
- **Get Campaign Devices** Breaks opens down by device, which is what settles a mobile layout argument with data.
- **Get Campaign Operating Systems** Breaks opens down by operating system.
- **Get Campaign Contact Statistics** Reads one contact's results across a campaign.
- **Get Autoresponder Contact Statistics** Reads one contact's results across an autoresponder rather than a campaign.
- **Export Statistics To List** Builds a new contact list from a campaign's results, which is how an engaged segment becomes a real audience.
